Conveyancer Sheffield Area QED Legal are working with a leading South Yorkshire multi-service firm who are looking for an experience Conveyancer to join their busy and well-established residential property team. The Role Based close to Sheffield city centre you will carry your own Conveyancing caseload dealing with a wide range of residential property matters. Day to day your role will include: Carrying a full caseload of sale and purchase files Dealing with freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered land Title Checking Checking Mortgage Offers Dealing with Transfers of Equity, Help to Buy Schemes etc Mentoring and guiding junior members in the team About you You should be: A conveyancer with at least 3 years of carrying your own caseload A strong communicator and be able to build client and referrer relationships Able to meet tight deadlines and targets and work well under pressure A good team player but be able to work on your own initiative The Team and Firm The team and Firm have a great reputation across Yorkshire and ranked as leaders in a number of areas of law according to leading legal directories. The team totals 15 over 5 offices and the work involved is predominantly serving individual clients. Salary is competitive dependent on experience with benefits inc pension and generous holiday allowance.
