Overview
Our client, a leading global fuel and lubrication company, have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Administrator. We are looking for a strong Administrator with experience in Order Processing and Customer Service to assist in a busy working environment, and to follow-up services with customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Key Duties: Assisting with high volume order processing, working alongside ERP systems in compliance with agreed business processes and follow set processes Accurate data entry across multiple databases Internal customer liaison and experience in building relationships Responsible for all administration related to the assigned project Skills: Effective use of Outlook, Excel, Word Experience in using software such as Sage, Oracle or SAP Good verbal and written communication skills Attentive to detail with high regards for accuracy Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility, the contract will be initially for 6 months.
