Our client is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead, that has a 'making it happen together’ attitude. You must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship for this role. SKILLS As the Salesforce Technical Lead you should have the following skills: -Hands-on skills with configuring Salesforce, including using configurations, integration or API integrations - Able to present and communicate to stakeholders and users - Analytical and able to work in an Agile manner in order to turn around / develop solutions fast and effectively EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS You should have experience of: - Previous Salesforce technical leadership role where you have designed blueprint architecture/ "to be" models - Sales, Marketing, Communities and Service clouds within Salesforce - Managing and developing a team whilst also managing your own workload - Able to understand business needs and translate those into Salesforce solutions RESPONSIBILITIES As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will own the technical architecture of Teach First’s Salesforce instance, provide technical leadership and be responsible for designing and developing solutions to meet business outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS Salesforce Administration certification.
