Senior JavaScript Developer - Manchester City Centre - £65,000 - Angular, React Save Energy. Save Money. Save the Planet. With the energy sector in the midst of the largest transformation post industrialisation we are all keen to contribute right? Well, this client builds real-time platforms which allow users visibility of usage and performance enabling more accurate forecasting and ROI. Used by some of the biggest companies in the energy industry you would gain a real sense of contributing to a much greener planet. This SaaS product is making a significant impact digitally connecting and improving hundreds of thousands of energy resources - and if your day to day happens to be React and Angular, then my client needs you. Furthermore, in this role you will be the go-to individual for all front-end features, tools & dashboards and championing best practices. You will take real ownership for the entire front-end code base and drive the current process of migrating from Angular 6 to React. Your decision will be crucial to the platforms further success and importantly your input will continue to redefine the energy sector. You will get a real sense of creative freedom in this role and it is the environment where your ideas, opinions, concerns and 'lightbulb moments' can be shared directly with the co-founders, of whom all 4 are ex-developers. You will be no stranger to Angular 6, React (Currently migrating from Angular 6 to React), CSS/SASS & Typescript. Naturally you will also ideally have an eye for UX concepts and aspire to combine usability with visual design.
