TV is constantly evolving, and the availability of relevant content has become vital for consumers. As a result, we are looking for a Software Test Engineer to join our client’s team in London. The Company Our client is a hybrid TV provider who specialises in providing Connected Home Entertainment Products. Their products and services are sold worldwide and now over 20 of the best telecoms companies worldwide have deployed their solution. Responsibilities Be responsible for testing new software developed by the team in Paris. Complete complex software testing/ defect logging on set top boxes, tablets and mobile phone software. Test and manage Product Quality, ensuring new features, functionalities and defect fixes are proven to behave as designed. Regularly engage with offshore teams (Mainly in France and India) Provide good quality customer service, supporting customers with any technical issues. Required technical skills Web based tools e.g. Jira Basic understanding of Linux or a similar tool Networking experience Experience with cloud infrastructure Must have Right to Work in the UK
