German, French, Dutch & English speaking Translation Proofreaders. Fantastic opportunity for a graduates in either English, German or French studies to join a world leading translation company on the production of their global translations. LANGUAGES Either English or German to mother tongue standard LOCATION Gerrard Cross, Buckinghamshire ( 20 minutes NW Of central London) COMPANY AND BACKGROUND Our client is an international and very successful translation company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To join the international translation department, they wish to recruit German, French & English speaking Translation Proofreaders. The positions open and language combinations required are: English mother tongue with a degree in German English mother tongue with a degree in German and French E nglish mother tongue with a degree in German & Dutch (preferably w/ French) German mother tongue with a degree in English German mother tongue with a degree in French Your role as Translator Proofreader will include the following duties and responsibilities: Word-by-word checking of translations prepared by technical staff Adapting existing translations to conform to new versions of documents General office work relating to the finishing and dispatch of translations CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS Either English or German to mother tongue standard the necessary 2nd language fluency Educated to degree/university level in a language discipline Have an ability to work quickly and proof read Experience of TRADOS is an advantage but not essential SALARY £23,750 benefits ( Private Healthcare Pension and life assurance scheme) To be considered for this opportunity as Either English, French, Dutch or German speaking Translator Proofreader please click the Apply Now button and send your CV to us
