Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 150 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing. A fantastic, exciting opportunity has become available and we now require a high quality mortgage & protection adviser to work for one of our highly successful Appointed Representative (AR) brokers working out of an established, market leading estate agency office in MARKET DRAYTON & NEWPORT The business wish to attract a fully qualified adviser who is currently working in the mortgage sector and is fluent in protection sales too and has experience of working in an estate agency environment. You will be expected to work on your own initiative in your respective office and provide a quality service to the substantial customer base you will be given to work with. Leads are provided from this quality estate agency introducer due to their high property sales volumes. You will be expected to conduct yourself professionally and with confidence and demonstrate attention to detail and the company ethos is first class quality customer service and that is the standard to which they aspire at all times. With the volume of quality leads and appointments you should be able to write 12 - 15 cases per month easily therefore if you are an order taker and happy to work at a lower level then this is not the role for you. Expected earnings on a self employed basis with initial financial support will be in the region of £50,000 per annum, however, this is uncapped so the sky is the limit You will have full admin support from a cracking administration team, allowing you the time to write quality, volume business. Relevant initial and ongoing training and the backing of MAB and access to Legal & General's Mortgage Club with ALL of their exclusives will be available to the successful candidate too
