Leaders in Care are proud to be working in partnership with a prestigious 'CQC Compliant' Adult care service that are looking to add an exceptional Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD / RGN) to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a state-of-the-art service, caring for adults who have require Nursing care and support for Elderly residents in Cheltenham. This Luxurious care provider have a cluster of award-winning homes across the UK and are looking for experienced Registered Nurse (RMN / RGN / RNLD) with an excellent clinical track record who is driven to continually improve the service and the care provided. Main tasks and duties for Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD): To ensure timely and effective communication is maintained with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to achieve planned goals. Assist with the assessment/evaluation, admission, care programme and discharge processes of all residents. Administer and order medicines as required by the home in accordance with the homes' policies and procedures. Work within the NMC codes of conduct and scope of practice and within the homes' policies and procedures. Provide support and professional supervision to care staff and nursing staff as appropriate.
