Overview

As part of a London HQ & Tech Hub, you will work with 150 likeminded exponents of Agile working practices with a modern engineering mindset who are passionate about test automation and creating market leading products. Developing their high-performance enterprise systems servicing millions of customers on a daily basis, you will work collaboratively with Principal Engineers, Architects, Product Owners and UX Engineers, all with the same ambition - to make things better As part of a cross functional team, you will be actively encouraged to share ideas and create new solutions to complex technological challenges. Therefore, you must be naturally inquisitive and possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and enjoy challenging peers and processes alike. Alongside full lifecycle development experience of enterprise, distributed, high volume or high traffic systems, you must have a demonstrable track record of optimising platforms, leading new initiatives, implementing best practice, driving key projects, improving coding standards etc. Along with the standard pool table, ping pong table, book & film clubs (150' TV), open plan office and Friday beers and events, they are true exponents of Agile working and offer constantly challenging full lifecycle greenfield projects with multiple releases every week in a fun, modern and collaborative environment What they are looking for: Java 8 and above Spring Boot Microservices OO design and theory Passionate about Testing & TDD Passionate about Agile working and best practices Experience of developing a B2C, E-Commerce, high volume/traffic, scalable/enterprise system Really nice to have: AWS Cloud experience Kubernetes Docker Elasticsearch Kafka Gradle Couchbase There are multiple roles as the team is expanding due to continued success so please don't hesitate to forward your CV or call me on 0203 937 9557.
