Merchandising Assistant Manchester Salary £17.5k Fashion retailer is seeking a Merchandise Assistant to join their growing team. Working closely with the Merchandiser, you will ensure that the right stock is in place, at the right time as well as well as producing profitable seasonal range plans. This would suit a recent graduate looking to start a career in merchandising. As Merchandise Assistant you will be responsible for: · Monitoring stock weekly and taking appropriate action to maximise sales · Creating weekly and monthly reports of sales and stock figures · Analysing sales to determine range performance and sell through · Updating any key price changes and promotions onto the system Successful candidates will be: · Highly numerical and comfortable working with numbers and formulas · Working with Excel on a daily basis · Operating at an Allocator or Merchandise Admin Assistant level within another head office environment · Passionate about your chosen career in merchandising · Commercially driven and easily build relations with their peers in merchandising and retail teams .
