Overview
Sue Ross Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, commercially astute Media Manager to join an innovative specialist retailer of angling products. Due to expansion and exciting business growth plans, they are recruiting for a Media Manager to manage all social media activity throughout the UK and Europe. The company currently have 3 Media Managers based in separate European countries who each individually manage a team of social media influencers. You will be the lead Media Manager and will be responsible for developing the whole strategy and ensuring continuity across all platforms. We seek a creative yet analytical individual who is able to measure performance and make strategic decisions. You will be responsible for managing the team remotely, however some travel will be required to visit Media Managers in their individual countries when required. For this role, it is essential that you have angling experience (either working knowledge or as a hobby). You must also have considerable social media management experience gained in a commercial management role. Applicants will have considerable marketing management experience, ideally gained within a similar business environment. You will be creative yet analytical and will be looking for a role where you can be fully involved in decision making and implementing campaigns.
