We are looking for more fabulous Registered Nurses to join our team and we have work available for General Nursing and Complex Care Nursing too - tell us when you want to work and we will find it for you Registered Nurse/General and complex - Please read on for more information about both roles. General Nursing We work with many local healthcare establishments and some further afield too in the surrounding areas of Plymouth and we need more flexible Registered Nurses to join our team so that we can expand our client base even more. Please note - Driving licence is not always essential for local based work as public transport is widely accessible however it would be needed for work further afield. Complex Nursing Prestige Nursing Care have an exciting opportunity to work within a highly trained Nursing team providing care to young individuals with complex health needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities and some clinical interventions. Registered 'General' Nurses who have experience working with young adults with complex needs would be perfect. Varying shifts are available to complement our current team. This role involves the following responsibilities/knowledge; Leading a team of support workers within establishments Basic wound management knowledge Competent in Emergency Procedures Vast experience in Gastrostomy/artificial feeding Up to date Trachea knowledge and competency - including airway emergencies Monitoring changing needs of young people with complex health conditions Organise and provide 1-1 training to our internal care staff i.e. Tracheostomy Candidate must be trained in Oxygen, Epilepsy, Suction, PEG, Tracheostomy, Gastrostomy and be willing to undertake additional training as required Working with Prestige Nursing Care is a better way to work in care.
