They are currently looking for a Dispatch Controller to join their Factory Management Team. The Role As a Dispatch Controller, you will ensure all dispatch requests are carried out successfully, ensuring they are on time, quality checked and meet company standards. Following the processes, procedures and in-house systems, you will ensure the successful dispatch of products, fixing kits and paperwork. Reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, your role will involve: - Hitting all daily dispatch targets and swiftly reporting back any problems - Overseeing all aspects of quality throughout the dispatch process - Aiming to achieve zero defects on site - Completing all required paperwork and data entry About You To be considered as a Dispatch Controller, you will need: - Experience in dispatch control or a similar environment - A structured approach to work, with the ability to be highly organised and process driven - Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - To be proactive, a quick learner and a team player Other organisations may call this role Dispatch Co-ordinator, Dispatch Operative, Dispatch Administrator, Dispatch Assistant, or Logistics Assistant. This is a full-time role, working 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday and 7:30am - 2pm on Fridays.
