Overview
Here at Recon Services, we are now looking for an experienced, reliable Class 2 driver who is looking for ongoing trunking work. Drivers are the face of our client so it’s about ensuring you deliver a great impression to the customers, not just the goods It’s about making the right impression with your professional attitude, appearance and the look of your vehicle. As a professional driver, you are responsible for: Ensuring the load is delivered in excellent condition Completing all paperwork correctly and, above all, leaving our customers and road users with a positive impression of you and of our client. This position will be ongoing for the correct candidate, working Monday – Friday, with weekend work available in the busier periods. Typical start times can be between 03:00 - 08:00am. Shifts varying between 8 - 12 hours. Key Driver Requirements Current CPC holder & medical certificate Compliant with Health and Safety standards Literate & numerate with good attention to detail Excellent spoken communication ability Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff Have good eyesight / corrected vision Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised and with a flexible work ethic The Pay (LTD) Monday to Friday - £12.50 per hour days The Pay (PAYE) Monday to Friday - £11.25 per hour days Benefits of working with us: 24 hour help & support from our team Weekly Pay Free on-site parking A Successful applicant would: Have at least 1 years HGV Class 1 experience, a clean license and over the age of 25 Hold valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph card If you feel you have the requirements listed above and would like opportunity to work with our company, then please contact us on 01159242333 or text "CLASS1TRUNK" to 07383016962 We look forward to hearing from you
