Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen, and we are now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Aftermarket team. Reporting into our Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Team Leader will take responsibility to ensure stock accuracy of all Client owned stock held and provide reporting in line with Client requirements. The Warehouse Team Leader will also coordinate and liaise with manufacturing, KAM’s and supply chain teams for ordering and delivery. Our client lives to deliver on our client’s instore brand experiences. We’ve worked hard to be able to keep that promise, working hand in hand with some of the nation’s largest retailers and brands to deliver seamless instore marketing campaigns for the last 40 years. Key Accountabilities: Ensure that all H&S legislation is adhered to and procedures are in place for all department activities. Support the Management of the put-away process for receipting of all Client Owned Stock Ensure that Spares are picked, packed & despatched to Client KPI / SLA Ensure that Assembly of Bulk Spares jobs are completed to agreed timescales in order for parts to be available for call-off Ensure that Testers are picked, packed and despatched to agreed SLA. Ensure stock accuracy of all stocks in the department such that ‘loss’ is Lead a team of operators to ensure that labour utilisation is a key focus and reportable KPI’s are agreed and in place. Liaise daily with Customer Service Team to ensure that priorities are known and resource aligned to these. The successful candidate must have experience of using MS Office packages.
