Horizon Women's Work Experience Programme – Summer 2020
Overview
Applications for our 2020 programme open in December 2019. Rothschild & Co's Horizon Women's Work Experience Programme is aimed at female year 12 and 13 students who are considering a career in financial advisory. The week-long programme, centred on our Global Advisory division, will serve as an introduction to our M&A, debt and restructuring and equity advisory businesses, giving you a valuable insight into life as a banker at Rothschild & Co. During the programme, you will have the opportunity to experience the working environment by spending time shadowing junior bankers from our Global Advisory division, as well as taking part in informative skills sessions and listening to presentations from our other business areas including wealth management. We also run tours of our historical archives so students can see for themselves how our success across two centuries has been shaped by the involvement of the Rothschild family, and how our business model makes us truly unique. We hope that by the end of the week many of you will be inspired by a career in financial advisory, and as such we will be offering a stay in touch programme for those that are interested in a career with us.
