Overview
Surecall Recruitment are looking for customer friendly, Drivers Mates to start work immediately in Croydon, working with a Household store assisting drivers with deliveries. Drivers mates must be physically able to lift heavy items as part of a two-man team. IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST OWN A CAR Full time £9ph 48 to 60 Hours Per Week, must be flexible to work some weekends Shifts: Start times are 06:00 everyday (Min 8 hours per day) The role will involve assisting delivering furniture , completing up to 20 drops per day and providing excellent customer service as part of a two-person team . In this role you will: ·Be passionate about providing an excellent customer experience to our customers in their homes ·Keep in regular communication with both customers and colleagues to update on progress and manage expectations effectively ·Be physically able to carry furniture in our customers’ homes, taking care to protect their property and personal effects. Experience and Qualifications ·Passionate about delivering excellence ·Confident, engaging, polite and friendly ·Understanding, calm, professional and a team player ·Be well presented at all times and possess excellent customer service skills, as well as being detail focused ·Relevant UK experience in a similar role is essential.
