You will be required to work as part of a team to support and meet individual’s goals. 1:1 work will also be required to support individuals in their own home and out in the community. You will be recognised for your hard work and commitment by being part of our Colleague Benefit Scheme which includes: Annual clothing allowance, money towards wedding, moving home and new baby costs. You will provide Person Centred Support to a range of individuals. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is required. Experience of supporting individuals with additional needs is essential. Valid driving licence and car owner ESSENTIAL and willingness to drive adapted vehicles is also required. Areas of recruitment: Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill, Coatbridge, Airdrie, Cumbernauld, Kilysth, Gartcosh Weekly Hours: Relief, 16 -35 hours per week.
