Overview
Are you looking to secure a role and kick start your teaching career? TLTP are working with an ‘Outstanding’ Secondary school based in Redbridge who are looking to appoint a Newly Qualified French Teacher to join them in September. This will be a full-time teaching role, working on a permanent basis. As the Newly Qualified French Teacher, your role will consist of but not be limited to; You will be delivering lessons to all Key Stages 3 through to 5 confidently. As the NQT French Teacher you will also be finding ways to engage students and help with their progress throughout the subject. You will be tasked with using various teaching techniques including theory and practical lessons to keep students focus and help with their progression. As the new French Teacher, you will need to keep records of your students’ progress to relay to parents and guardians with feedback on how they can improve. You will also be maintaining the schools core beliefs and ethos while delivering your lessons. As the Newly Qualified French Teacher you will also be undergoing assessment to achieve your QTS. You will be undergoing ongoing training and improving your lesson plans to become a fully qualified French Teacher. Experience and Qualifications needed for this role: You must have a French language related degree and the relevant teaching qualification for example, PGCE or SCITT. You must have an up to date Enhanced DBS subscribed to the Update Service. You must have in-depth knowledge of the French national curriculum.
