Overview
LNR are advertising on behalf of a fairly large sized Specialist Home based in the Enfield area. The Home has its own gardens for the residents to enjoy, is just a short distance from the town centre, easily accessible by public transport, and also provides onsite parking. The Home Manager is looking for an RGN Qualified Nurse to join the team. The successful Nurse will be working 38.5 hours a week, which will be worked on a rota of days and nights, and will include weekend work. The Specialist Home caters for physically disabled adults with extremely complex neurological conditions. The Home focuses on ensuring residents feel safe, secure, cared for, welcome and respected. The Home also offers medium, long term or Respite Care. Experience in these areas is not essential, as training can be given. The staff nurse will: Administering medication Produce individual care plans• Maintain accurate records Work to NMC and CQC guidelines and regulations Commit to improving the lives of residents Be organised and proactiv Respect the service users and their wishes The successful nurse must be: RGN (or equivalent) Able to work in the UK Have a valid NMC pin Salary is dependent on experience.
