Overview

Change Public Practice are working with a Top 10 Firm, on a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join their Audit Team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate must be a Qualified ACA/CA/ACCA or equivalent. You’ll be part of a growing and dynamic team managing a wide range of clients of varying sizes across a range of industries. This firm have flexible working practices, great L&D and opportunities for secondment. Key responsibilities within this role include: · Facilitating and leading business development conversations · Managing a portfolio of varied clients across a range of industries · Taking an active role in the management of the Audit Department and Team · Supporting and communicating with the Partner Group · Providing coaching and training to colleagues Essential Qualifications: · Qualified ACA/CA/ACCA or equivalent Essential Experience: · Genuine interest in clients with an ability to confidently discuss business challenges and needs · Outstanding technical knowledge with experience of leading valuable discussions with clients · Strong skills to communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels · Experience of taking responsibility for the running of the wider Audit Department and proactively working with the Management Team · Intermediate Excel skills Desirable Experience: · Exposure to Case Ware Personal Attributes: · Personal value of delivering high quality work · High level of drive for success, a positive attitude, enthusiastic outlook, agile mind and resilient in times of pressure · A team player who collaborates and communicates with respect · Effective time management skills and well organised · Ability to switch easily between strategic thinking and detail · The ability to work autonomously, take initiative and seek out opportunities to improve relationships and processes · Desire for continuous improvement Rewards: You’ll receive a competitive remuneration package, flexible benefits where you can select the benefits that matters to you, excellent L&D and flexible working arrangements.
