Job Description: Our client is looking for an individual with sales and account management experience to join their Worldwide Licensing Team. The successful candidate will be able to build and manage relationships with B2B customers, be a creative and analytical thinker, be able to identify good development opportunities and see projects through to fruition. Based at Head Office in Albrighton, Wolverhampton, the role requires travel throughout the year, mainly in Europe but also on a worldwide scale, sometimes at short notice. The successful candidate will be involved in managing and developing key licensing accounts, identifying and investigating opportunities within their brief, researching markets, and reporting progress and findings. Success in this role will not be measured solely on volume as it does not involve direct sales, but rather by the individual’s ability to add value to accounts in a number of ways. Key Skills: A background in the horticultural trade, and/or experience working with retailers is a distinct advantage. Languages and legal experience or training are an advantage but not essential. Candidates must have a driving licence and current passport valid for travel.
