An exciting Inbound Customer Service opportunity has come available to work for a global leading business. This role offers an extremely competitive hourly rate & bonus along with an excellent work life balance…you can pretty much choose the hours that suits you Role: Inbound Customer Care Advisor (Full & Part Time hours available on a 6-week FTC) Full & Part Time hours available: Temporary Role Locations : Manchester/Glasgow/Newcastle Hourly Rate: £10.00-£11.00 per hour, out of hours £15.00-£16.00 an hour attendance bonus. Hours: Offices are open 24hrs/7days a week - minimum 4-hour shifts per day IMMEDIATE START DATES AVAILABLE. Currently seeking inbound advisors that are people centric and have experience of working in a customer care/service environment. Role overview: Taking inbound calls, you will be required to follow a call framework and capture all information on a CRM system. Responsibilities include: Managing inbound calls Following a call framework asking questions and capturing responses Listening effectively to customers About you: (What we need from you) Excellent customer service experience Computer literate Ability to show understanding and empathy Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Great attendance and good time keeping making sure your available for their customers.
