Overview
We are c urrently seeking experienced Care Workers to join our client's highly professional teams working within care homes within London/Essex. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and passion to deliver first class care to all patients. Your role will involve working with service users with dementia and learning disabilities. We are recruiting for staff looking for either part-time or full time work. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently but as an integral part of the care team to ensure the delivery of an effective and competent level of care under the instruction of care manager/coordinator. You will be required to deliver personal care (feeding, tolieting, prompting service users to take medication, etc.). You should have a flexible approach to work and be committed to delivering high quality care in a busy environment. We are looking for someone who has: • A caring and practical approach towards helping people. • The ability to communicate with tact and sensitivity. • Patience, the ability to empathise with and respect all patients. • The ability to relate to people of all ages and from all backgrounds. Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK Valid DBS (within 12 months) - Preferably on the DBS Update Service Excellent time keeping Good written and verbal communication Willingness and a positive helpful attitude GCSE (inc.
