The Company Our client provides Supported Living, Residential, Outreach and Community Services to individuals with multiple or complex needs such as learning disabilities, autism, ABI and/or challenging behaviours. Employees benefit from great career progression, sector-leading professional training and great job stability - people stay an average of 6 years The Role •This role is to support adults with acquired brain injuries and complex needs in 9 self-contained flats and 1 person living in a home in the community in Stowmarket. •Shift patterns can vary from days, evenings and some nights across 7 days (managers may be somewhat flexible with availability of candidates within reason) •Shifts may be split working with multiple people as not everyone requires 24/7 support •Service is a 15 minute walk from Stowmarket train station with good transport links in the area Skills and Experience You don’t need experience as full training is provided, and you will work with a local team who will guide you from day one. You will need to be: •Reliable - the person you support, their family and your team will quickly learn that they can count on you. •Creative - you see alternative ways of getting things done effectively. •Determined - you don’t give up when things get difficult.
