The roles will require the successful applicants to be Drivers who hold a full licence and have access to a vehicle as we cover various postcodes within Coventry. You will be required to provide personal care and associated tasks to our service users within their own homes. The role encompasses a range of support which requires adaptability and flexibility from people who possess a patient and understanding nature. We welcome applications from those with no previous experience to those who can bring both their knowledge & experience as we are looking for the right attitudes and behaviours and people who genuinely want to care for others. You are required to respect the dignity of each service user and assist with any tasks required. This includes prompting, assisting and administering to promote the service users’ independence.
