Overview
Recruitment Resourcer- Accountancy and Finance, Leeds Up to £20,000 basic salary monthly paid bonus, OTE £25,000 private healthcare, pension, 25 days' annual leave. Harrison Sands have a great opportunity open in Leeds city centre an easy walk from the train station, parking and other transport links for a Resourcer to join a thriving Accountancy and Finance recruitment agency. Having opened their Leeds branch in 2018 on the back of multiple successes in other locations, this agency are recruiting this role in order to expand the branch and support the Director in servicing existing clients and filling permanent vacancies. The Recruitment Resourcer will work closely with the site Director on vacancy fill with a number of high profile PSL accounts, typically with a permanent leaning. Using job board search, social media including LinkedIn and advertising on all major job boards the Recruitment Resourcer will work on assigned vacancies, managing all first stage interviews and pre screens both via telephone and face to face. All applicants must have at least 6 months experience of working within professional services recruitment, and have resourced for multiple roles with different clients simultaneously. You must have an excellent telephone and face to face interpersonal manner and enjoy working in a proactive people-focused position. Our client are offering a progression path to 360 Recruitment Consultancy or Account Management and provide a friendly working environment. Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
