FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION Allocating ABN cash received on SAP Managing the accounts email Matching invoices to purchase orders Processing invoices Dealing with supplier queries Liaising with co coordinators regarding the goods receipt of purchase orders to allow purchase invoices to be matched Collating of invoices matching and reconciling monthly credit card statements on paper and using SAP Processing staff expenses on SAP Miscellaneous tasks such as ordering stationery, purchase of stamps, purchase of tea coffee & opening post FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience in finance/accounts role Ability to use SAP would be desirable Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills IT Literate - MS Excel Team Player JS Recruitment UK Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
