Overview
Do you want to work for a globally renowned company with a proud history who has strong market presence with a high-quality product range? If so this could be the role for you My client is based in Eccles and are looking for an experienced quotations/customer advisor to join their small but busy team A typical day will be made up of the following duties:- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries Provide pricing and delivery information Perform customer verifications Set up new customer accounts Process orders, forms, applications and requests Manage customers' account You will be rewarded with a starting salary of 18-19k Full time working hours of 8.30-5pm Mon-Thu and 8.30-12pm on a Friday Free Parking 20 days holiday BH If you would like to know more and feel you have the skill set required please send your current CV Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
