Overview
Our Clients near the Centre of Bolton are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to join their growing team. The company work across UK and Europe and have enjoyed rapid growth since 2015. They now have an exciting opportunity to join a team with solid prospects and career development. Duties will include: Matching payments to invoices Processing payments Reconciling merchant payments across currencies Daily bank transfer and reconciliations Inputting data using Excel Raise monthly Sales invoices Assisting the with the Month End Accounts pack Providing wider support within the Finance department To be considered and successful in this role you will need previous experience in a similar role - ideally about 3 years or be working towards your AAT qualifications. You will need to have strong IT skills and experience on outlook, Excel and Xero. You will need to be a strong character who has good attention to detail and organization skills. Although you will work in a team, you will need to be confident using your own initiative and managing your own workload.
