Overview
Customer Service Administrator Location: Middlesbrough Type: Permanent Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Hours: Office Hours - Monday to Friday Imperial are delighted to announce that we are working exclusively and in true partnership with a large production/manufacturing business based in Middlesbrough. My client has some very exciting expansion plans which makes this business a great platform to further develop your career Responsibilities: Dealing with customer (other businesses) enquiries and contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries Maintain and update customer records Taking ownership of complex issues and orders to ensure that the customer receives a first-class service Communicate feedback from customers internally Processing quotations and orders Liaising with production and other areas of the business Any other AD-Hoc administration tasks Requirements: Proven experience working in an office environment ideally from within a technical business to business environment Proficient working knowledge of MS Office and ideally previously used a CRM system to input client information Accurate at data input Good written and oral communication skills Good numerical skills For more information on this opportunity please feel free to contact Imperial Professional’s commercial recruitment team
