Our client has an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong customer service background and ideally experience of providing technical support on products. We are looking for candidates with strong Customer Service Skills and for a willingness to go the extra mile to help The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, competency handling customer queries and managing a high volume of calls within a demanding role. Located close to the heart of Watford, these modern and spacious offices are accessible by great transport links as well as offering onsite parking for car owners Main duties to include: Offering first line to support to customers using industry specific knowledge Providing technical support and guidance on specialist products Handling a high volume of inbound calls and emails Consistently providing a professional yet empathetic level of customer service Having the empathy, patience and ability to understand technical language To deliver safe and reliable customer service along with technical support for products when required Ensure that all telephone calls are carried out to the highest of quality which may include prioritising when necessary. Working in compliance to company policy and ethos Candidate requirements: Experience within a customer service role Must be fluent in Norwegian Ideally some experience providing technical advice or technical support Warm, friendly, calm and professional telephone manner Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Looking for the next step in your career?
