Overview
My client is currently looking for an experienced IFA Sales Manager in Leeds to manage a team of Advisers and provide independent financial planning advice to high net worth clients. The role Responsible for a team of IFAs from a commercial development, sales skills and coaching perspective Monitoring each Adviser's performance and activity with a view to helping them work effectively including motivating them to reach targets To attend the Sales Manager meetings and contribute ideas to develop talent and encourage innovation with the Adviser teams Contacting clients and setting up meetings, either within an office environment or in clients' homes or business premises Conducting in-depth reviews of clients' financial circumstances, current provision and future aims Analysing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements Working with Paraplanners to research the marketplace and provide clients with information on new and existing products and services Designing financial strategies Assisting clients to make informed decisions Reviewing and responding to clients changing needs and financial circumstances Liaising with financial services providers Networking with other professionals, such as Solicitors and Accountants to develop mutually beneficial business relationships and client referrals Contacting clients with news of new financial products or changes to legislation that may affect their savings and investments The candidate Level 4 (ideally level 6) qualified competent Advisor Experienced in sales management Ability to mentor, coach, motivate and develop a team of Advisers The ability to network and establish relationships with clients Negotiation and influencing skills as well as determination and tenacity A target-driven mindset Discretion and an understanding of the need for client confidentiality An ethical and professional approach to work Motivate and develop fellow employees In return the company offers a competitive salary, company pension, 25 days holiday, bonus scheme, private healthcare, group income protection, life assurance, employee assistance programme and full study support.
