Your new role You will be joining a well established and professional team providing reception support. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting guest, ensuring security and health & safety procedures are followed correctly, managing meeting rooms, receiving in-bound calls then diverting to the appropriate teams, supporting with events and facilities administration. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be an incredibly reliable and punctual individual, who has a great work ethic and is very engaging in person. You will need to be very organised and the type of person who is willing to help others and go the extra mile. Both your verbal and written English levels will need to be at a high standard and you will need to have an eye for details.
