Temporary Customer Service Agent (2 - 3 weeks) Location: Wokingham Salary: £9 - £11 per hour Hours of work - Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm My client based in Wokingham is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will have excellent communication both written and verbal, a keen eye for detail and strong time management skills. Daily Duties Making outbound calls to customers when required on behalf of the client Manage a high volume of E-mails, whilst providing a quality service at all times Advising customers where possible Escalating any queries Providing support on other campaigns - training will be provided Skills Strong customer service required Flexible approach Strong MS Office Skills Good attention to detail
