Cherry Hinton Care Home are looking for an experienced Unit Manager / Clinical Lead working nights to join their senior clinical team at their care home in Cambridge. Your role as Unit Manager / Clinical Lead is essential in providing leadership and motivation for the team, promoting our values of Truth, Love and Compassion in everything we do. You will be in charge of the day to day activity of your unit and be a supportive mentor to our team of nurses and Carers, ensuring they are up to date with best practice in care and documentation. Your clinical and management experience will be focussed on delivering the best care as well as assessing the physical, mental and social needs of our residents, whilst ensuring a warm and friendly relationship with residents and relatives alike.
