The fully compliant home specialises in caring for young adults/adults of working age who are living with disabilities and neurological conditions in addition to caring for older adults with elderly frailties and dementia care needs. You will manage medications and care plans, ensuring residents are regularly assessed and their personal, medical and social needs are met. Applicants for this RGN/RMN/RNLD Registered Nurse position should meet the following criteria: NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD will all be considered Demonstrate proven post-registration experience, ideally in an elderly care environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Committed to ensuring the highest standards of resident care and safety Confident coordinating and implementing care programmes Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential, and the home can offer a comprehensive preceptorship programme to newly qualified nurses.
