Overview
Your new company Working for a large commercial organisation, you will be coordinating recruitment activity across the UK. Your new role You will be supporting the end to end recruitment process, ensuring that the candidate journey is a positive one and the organisation get the right candidates in post at the right time . You will be advertising posts, liaising with hiring managers to shortlist candidates and then coordinating the interview and assessment process. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator or Recruitment Coordinator, who has previous experience in coordinating interview and assessment processes. You must be confident managing demanding line managers and able to manage your own workload. This is is an immediate requirement, therefore candidate should be immediately available.
