UI Designer
Overview
Experienced UI Designer required UI Designer – Borehamwood Here at Signet Jewelers we are looking to hire an experienced UI Designer to help us in building a customer-first and data-driven design approach with best in class UX and CX design solutions. In this role you’ll be responsible for translating high level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts and transforming them into intuitive and functional user interfaces. You’ll be responsible for: Working with the UX team and other stakeholders to design and build improved user journeys and experiences on the H.Samuel and Ernest Jones websites Establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practice and standards Working with the analytics team to ensure we take a data-first approach to improving the onsite experience, and to also measure success of changes in the UI Carrying out site audits for conversion optimisation opportunities Defining and implementing innovation solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas About you Suitable candidates will be experienced as follows: Demonstrable working knowledge of A/B and MTV testing Previous UI experience with an excellent sense of visual and user interface design A proven portfolio with innovative and inspirational work demonstrating branding and digital design Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines Proven ability to create high-fidelity UK designs, concepts, interaction designs, sketches and prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure, Invision, Marvel, etc Experience of collaborating with multiple discipline areas to deliver blended solutions.
