£19.00 to £20.00 per hour (equates to up to NHS Band 8a) | 40 Hours Per Week | Days only A large, purpose-built care home in Nelson is currently recruiting for an RGN or RMN qualified Clinical Lead / Deputy Nurse Manager to strengthen their team. The home offers a homely living environment and is ideally located near to local amenities and public transport links. What the home is offering and details of this Clinical Lead / Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) position: • A permanent contract of 40 hours per week • Days only • Excellent hourly pay rates of £19.00 to £20.00 per hour (equates to up to NHS Band 8a) • A supportive working environment As Clinical Lead / Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN), you will support the Registered Manager in the clinical and operational management of the home, delivering effective clinical leadership and line management to the team and playing a key role in the day to day running of the service.
