Overview
Service Care Solutions currently have a new opportunity available for a Registered Mental Health Nurse based in the Isle of Man. The role is based in an acute inpatient Mental Health ward for adults and is due to commence ASAP, initially on a 4-week contract. Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Flexibility may be required to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts. Pay Rate: £33-35ph (Ltd) dependent on experience. Main Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding care to service users. They must be able to assess and monitor progress, in order to create risk assessments and provide the correct treatment. The RMN must also be able to confidently manage their own caseload. The RMN will work within a multi-disciplinary team, therefore, teamwork skills are essential. Knowledge of safeguarding, medicine management and the NMC code are also essential. Person Specification: The applicant must be NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse. Previous experience in a similar service is essential.
