Overview

Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital are looking for an experienced Administrator to take a lead on ensuring the correct consumables are selected for all procedures in a timely manner. This is a part time role where you will be required to work 4 hours per day Monday to Friday Spire Tunbridge Wells is a 36 bedded acute hospital situated in rural Kent, located within five miles of Royal Tunbridge Wells and on the boundaries of West Sussex. The hospital offers a range of services and facilities including two operating theatres, a sterile services department, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and a diagnostic and imaging department with an MRI and CT scanner. Please note that due to the rural location of our hospital you must have access to your own transport. Working closely with our Theatre and Stores teams you will primarily be responsible for the accurate selection of all consumables to be used in procedures. This will generally need to be completed 48 hours in advance of the procedure and will involve a great deal of accuracy. You will also be required on occasion to assist with a wider Stores role including managing deliveries and ensuring all consumables are transferred to the correct department.
