Carers Wanted- Ealing, interviewing immediately over the phone The client is a fantastic nationwide domiciliary care company and is continuously growing. The client is an established franchise set up company with over 200 offices nationwide that offers support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes. They are the biggest domiciliary care organisation in the country What are they looking for? They are looking for Carers and Support Workers to join their teams to work within domiciliary care. The position offers flexible hours. They are looking for staff who shares our vision of providing person-centred care to individuals in their own home. No previous experience necessary as full on-site training provided. Their role as a community-based care provider enables us to work and support the older generation to stay living in their own homes, promoting independence and self-managing skills.
