Customer Operations Executive - TRAVEL INDUSTRY Going away on holiday is one of the highlights of the year but sometimes before leaving, after arriving, or upon return there could be aspects of your package that change. Who assists you with resolving these issues? This incredibly fast growing company are looking for experienced travel professionals to join their team of resolutions agents who do just that. Customer Operations Executive - What will I be doing? You will be taking ownership for queries and constantly looking for solutions to support your customers who may have a variety of issues whilst they are away, before they go or after they return from holiday. You will be constantly problem solving and investigating liaising with all necessary parties to come to a resolution. Customer Operations Executive - What experience will I need? It is essential that you have worked in a similar role for a travel company previously, perhaps you have been a customer relations executive or operations assistant or guest relations executive for a cruise company, airline, travel agent or tour operator or maybe for another online travel business or bed bank. Perhaps you have worked as an overseas rep or a passenger service agent or Front of House in a Hotel. You will be a strong administrator and enjoy being responsible for your cases, ensuring that customers feel personally supported when managing the changes they may need to make. Speaking to customers and finding the best solutions for them is something that drives you, as does ensuring that end suppliers offer fair alternatives in line with guidelines. You are also able to source solutions for customers directly when suppliers are unable to do so. You may have a second language such as Spanish, German, Italian or one of the Nordic languages, which helps you to service a diverse range of customers. Customer Operations Agent - What else do I need to know You understand that your service must meet the needs of the customer, so are used to working occasional weekends and evenings when required. You will be working a 37.5 hour working week, which includes occasional weekends and bank holidays.
