Overview
Accounts and Administration Assistant Skelmersdale £20,000 Pro rata This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Accounts Assistant / Admin Assistant to join a thriving organisation in Skelmersdale, near Wigan. In order to be successful for the Accounts Assistant, Administration Assistant position, you will need to be confident with Accounts procedures including Payroll, supply payment runs, as well as day to day administration tasks. Ability to work in a stand-alone position using your own initiative and be confident reporting direct to the Directors. Experience in the Telecommunications market would be advantageous but not essential. Job Responsibilities: • Credit Control • Processing Purchase Ledger invoices and credit cards • Posting sales invoices and reconciling accounts • Reconciling banks • Weekly/Monthly supplier payment runs • Assisting with Payroll Skills and Experience Required: • Use accounting software (Xero Accounting or similar) • Great organisational skills • Good at working to tight deadlines • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and listening skills • Strong communication skills If you are an experienced Accounts Assistant / Administration Assistant, looking for an exciting full time position, then please send your CV to me today.
