Overview

A highly successful international property business seeks a team of new Commercial Managers to join the business and contribute towards the company’s overall growth. The new Commercial Manager will help drive improvements across all revenue streams and help the business increase their market share, turnover and profitability. You will be expected to take end to end ownership of the P&L, and will be responsible for adding new sites to the company’s portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager, you will not only be responsible for adding new sites to your allocated region/area, but will be fully accountable for the end to end process from discovery through to opening. For each site that you open, you will be responsible for the long-term growth and success of the site. You will be commercial savvy and will devise commercial activities to drive revenue and performance across your sites. You will also be innovative and expected to develop new revenue streams for your sites through the addition of other initiatives. Monitoring competitor activity is also important and you will do this in order to develop new strategies to help drive growth and revenue. You will also work in partnership with operational colleagues to drive down cost, increase efficiency, and improve site profitability and support ongoing annual forecasting and budgeting processes. Experience and Knowledge; End to end sales experience, and/or multi-site commercial/retail experience Adept at business development and building strong relationships Strong financial/commercial acumen and understanding of the end to end P&L process Experience of setting pricing models Strong understanding and experience of multi-site revenue generation (and wider implication of decisions on sites within the vicinity) The ability to improve volume and yield aspects per site working cross functionally Skill-set; Personable attitude with the ability to gain the trust of our customers and clients Committed and driven individual, with the ability to self-motivate and work un-supervised Communicate clearly in any medium including articulating financial complexity into a meaningful output Construct and sell commercial deals to prospective clients Analyse data to drive commercial decisions which consistently support market share growth Analyse financial reports and be able to extract data which would influence performance and opportunity Negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external Strong collaboration skills - ability to work collegially and cross functionally to ensure the successful delivery of our strategic goals Successfully multi -task a variety of different sites and responsibilities
