Overview
I am working closely with a client of mine, a highly respected company based near Sutton, to recruit for a permanent and full-time Assistant Accountant. Reporting to the Finance Director and working on a full-time basis, this position entails: Handling of invoices Overseeing Accounts Payable & Receivable Administration Bank Reconciliations Balance Sheet Reconciliations Journal Entries Accruals & Prepayments VAT Returns Fixed-Asset Maintenance The ideal candidate for this vacancy WILL: Have AT LEAST 2-3 years' experience in a finance department Have a good grasp and experience in General Ledger Hold a finance and accountancy degree (desirable) Be an active ACCA, ACA or CIMA studier If this sounds like you, then please apply now for the chance to work within a reputable organisation Harvey John recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
