Fixed Asset Coordinator Sutton Coldfield £20,000 - £22,000 (fixed term contract) Our client is recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious Fixed Asset Coordinator to join their existing team at their Head Office based in Sutton Coldfield. The successful Fixed Asset Coordinator will get the chance to work for a globally recognised organisation who are renowned for valuing their employees and offering a fun yet professional working environment Duties and Responsibilities of the successful Fixed Asset Coordinator: Reconcile construction projects and validates that transactions are properly accounted for Initiate journal entries and correspondence necessary to correct or resolve fixed asset or project transaction anomalies Reconcile Payroll and Franchising Bank Assign and open new sites on the system and post Licensee payments Timely review actions taken on Fixed Asset Clearing Accounts Ensure the timely, accurate and efficient processing of the franchisee accounts payable and accounts receivable items related to Fixed Asset Upload journals to be processed on new/project sites and match to reflect on site accounts Perform Month end tasks, posting project/new store accrual and reversing them out after the period has closed, sending out development reports Processing reconciliations for Ireland payroll, suspense account Raising WEB ADI via oracle to ensure SOR (invoices) are raised for Franchisee’s in a timely manner Requirements AAT qualified Working towards CIMA (desirable but not essential) Proven knowledge of fixed assets and projects Knowledge of Finance & Accounting (assets related) Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and interest in Cloud/Web tech. Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences and professionally Ability to listen to and respond to customer feedback, ensuring our services deliver value: quality at the right time, first time.
