A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilful Employment Fee Earner to join a bespoke practice in Suffolk. Our client, a well-established firm in Ipswich, is actively seeking a driven Employment Fee Earner on a full-time or part-time basis. The successful candidate may be offered an opportunity to work from home one day per week or in other offices across Suffolk. Responsibilities • Unfair and wrongful dismissal • Redundancy • Settlement agreements • Discrimination • Equal pay • Employment contracts • Disciplinary • TUPE transfers • Employment policies and procedures • Employment Tribunal matters The Candidate • Solicitors, legal executives and paralegals with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE • Solid experience in employment matters • Previous tribunal experience is highly beneficial • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively • IT proficient • Excellent communication and client care skills The Firm A leading practice with a network of offices based in East Anglia, our client delivers high-quality services to individuals and businesses locally and further afield.
