Overview
Are you a Social Work Manager looking to progress your career? Do you have a passion for changing the lives of children and families? I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Director of Children's Services for a well established charity and will be based in and around the Swindon area including Wiltshire and Dorset. You will be providing effective leadership to a dynamic team who are passionate about providing quality services to Children and young people. You must demonstrate a senior management role in a social care setting, developing winning and implementing new business and leading high performance teams. In return for your hard work you will be rewarded with competitive pay and flexible working. You must be a qualified social worker with DIP Social work/ or similar SWE/HCPC registration. Due to the geography of the role you will need to be a car driver and has access to your own vehicle.
